The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees, analyzing payroll data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with analytical skills and proficiency in payroll systems. Responsibilities
Responsible for the preparation and payroll processing, including balancing and review of all output, investigation, and correction of errors
Responsible for balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces of payroll related data
Ensure prompt, accurate reporting and payment of federal, state, and local payroll taxes and returns, garnishments, retirement
Research issues and/or problems reported by customers and provide support, assistance and when applicable, resolutions
Escalates any reconciliation and payroll production issues
Analyze and trouble-shoot errors
