Job Description

Evergreen, Insight Global's Managed Service Division is partnering with one of the largest utilities to support their Electric Program & Project Management division. You will be supporting Electric Generation Interconnection, Transmission and/or Substation programs and projects. You will be responsible for acting as a single point of contract (SPOC) with clients and work with their teams to make sure deliverables are met and communications are consistent with clients. You will develop weekly work plans and monitor project health, production, and quality. You will be responsible for managing all phases of the projects, managing and monitoring project timelines, ensuring on time and scope completion, keeping track of budgets, facilitating meetings, and coordinating with different teams. As the lead, you will also be responsible for training & leading the PM & PCA teams on items such as software, P6, culture, processes, etc.

Skills and Requirements

- Project Management experience in utility projects, ideally electric interconnection projects, substation and/or transmission line projects.

- Excellent communication and organization skills

- Knowledge of excel

- Desire knowledge of SAP and understanding of forecasting and schedules in P6

- Understanding of project budget tracking, funding, authorization requests, change orders, etc.

- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders

• The role is remote however we require individuals local to our client's specific service territories in the North, Bay/Central & South of Northern California to attend in person Monthly Operating review meetings, and visit job sites in your service as needed (up to 1x/week) * PG&E Experience

* PMP Certification

* Desire understanding of Interconnection agreements

• Pay Rate Range: $90-100/hr null
