BeiGene Sr Manager, CRM Operations in San Mateo, California

General Description:

The Sr. Manager, CRM Operations will serve as a partner with Global Commercial teams in support of the launch and commercialization of BeiGene’s Oncology portfolio in North America and Europe. This position will manage the implementation of CRM for new teams at product launch, and will oversee the daily management of the CRM tool.

This position will report to the Associate Director, CRM and will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Business Planning & IT organizations. This position will drive continuous improvements in CRM tools and identify innovative ways of provisioning key business strategies to help the Commercial organization achieve successful product launches and desired business outcomes.

This position will collaborate closely with Omni-channel Strategy & innovation team, Data Strategy, Data Infrastructure functions and work to develop performance and productivity metrics, proactively establish innovative solutions to elevate compliance, and maximize utility of CRM tools across the organization.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Implement solutions that drive execution of business strategies. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, enhance and implement a highly customized CRM solution in North America and EU.

  • Engage with the Commercial and Omni-Channel strategy organization to deliver projects that align with key objectives/priorities of the business stakeholders.

  • Partner with Business Analytics team to implement modules and capabilities into the CRM platform that deliver on execution of strategy.

  • Be responsible for ensuring highest integrity, consistency and quality in the solutions being delivered to business partners

  • Work with Marketing Operations teams to make appropriate digital media available to the field teams through the field tools.

  • Participate in the development and integration of BeiGene’s Customer Master & Master Data Management process as per North America and European standards.

  • Lead integration of Digital automation initiatives including Omni-Channel Marketing efforts with CRM systems.

  • Lead the creation of operationally sustainable processes and supporting documentation.

  • Partners with business leaders to understand their needs, and works to ensure system integrations and data flows are properly prioritized, scoped, delivered and managed in support of business requirements

  • Conduct ongoing research into industry and technology trends. Evaluates, summarizes and presents key trends with potential to impact IT capabilities especially into iPad and Mobile enabled technologies

  • Partner with Training teams to provide efficient and effective training on Data and tools to the Sales teams.

  • Establish operational reliability and readiness of all solutions prior to transitioning into production through quality assurance testing, assisting in user acceptance testing and review of various production transition plans.

  • Provide post launch support to field force users with a focus on promptness and reliability.

  • Develop good understanding of the security, compliance and business continuity needs of the business and IT teams, and setup necessary checkpoints as part of the solution architecture framework to address the same.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors / Masters in Science or related field.

  • 6 years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry working in CRM operations or related experience

  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms, salesforce effectiveness & Business Intelligence reports is required.

  • Experience with secondary data assets from SHA or IQVIA highly desired

  • Experience with Customer master, Data Change Management is desired

  • Experience with Marketing automation platform highly desirable

  • Familiarity with Oncology sales, marketing, medical affairs and/or clinical development a plus

  • Familiarity with Medical Affairs related operations is a plus.

  • Strong data knowledge with pharmaceutical business knowledge and technical aptitude to define and advance commercial solutions.

  • Strong project management skills highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a matrixed environment, and an ability to build solid relationships / make connections across the organization.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and solid business acumen with the ability to manage and provision large amounts of data to enable business analysis with high level of performance and trust.

  • Ability to articulate complex technical problems and solutions to a wide business audience and communicate solution value.
