Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team, this position is for various age ranges. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their future education. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children

  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging educational experiences

  • Create a positive, FUN and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity

  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the individual needs of each child are met

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills as well as to maintain up to Teas Licensing Minimum Standards

  • Able to lift up to 35lbs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting

  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment

  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children

  • Familiarity with literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and special education strategies is preferred

  • Familiarity with computers/computer based learning programs

  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
