A Little Bit About Us

Located on the buzziest corner of San Marcos' iconic downtown square, Bazaar is the most anticipated new opening in recent years. The most elevated, high-volume bar program in the market with bold flavors in a unique, mediterranean-inspired food offering.

A Nova Hospitality concept, setting a new standard for the Downtown San Marcos food and beverage scene. A modern bar with Moroccan-inspired finishes; interiors led by Rituals, the designers behind TenTen, Devil May Care, The Well, Mayfair and The Marc. Bold, modern Mediterranean flavors throughout simple-yet-cravable menus. A tiny but mighty food offering, to complement this beverage-first concept. A flexible, indoor-outdoor venue, with full audio-visual capabilities including a DJ booth, nightlife lighting, a dozen televisions, and two full bars. Bazaar will be a crowd favorite for the student population, young professionals and tourists alike.

Here is what you can expect:

What You Will Do

  • Possesses thorough knowledge of food a menu in order to answer all questions from staff

  • Rotation of hot and cold stations

  • Daily prep for the day and week

  • Learning and execution of menu offerings

  • Performs opening and closing side work

  • Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

What You Should Have

  • 1 or more years experience in a high volume kitchen

  • A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position

  • Must have an accommodating attitude

  • Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
