Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office suite components.

Preferred Qualifications
Education and Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
University Experience: Previous employment in a university setting.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP and Raiser’s Edge.
Job Description
The Division of University Advancement is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with alumni, donors, and the university community. This division includes Development, Alumni Engagement, and Donor Engagement. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant II to provide administrative support to the leadership team and the Development Foundation staff. This position reports directly to the Executive Assistant.
Job Duties
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the leadership team and the Development Foundation staff.
Review and ensure accuracy of all correspondence to include letters, agendas, meeting materials and email correspondence.
Main point of contact for University Advancement and responsible for a variety of tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining a welcoming environment within the VPUA suite.
