Description We are in search of a diligent individual to join our team as a File Clerk in San Luis Obispo, California. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our office. The individual will be tasked with data entry, record maintenance, and providing general clerical support within a dynamic environment in the telecom industry. We offer a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Execute data entry tasks to update and maintain records effectively

• Provide general clerical support including but not limited to filing, photocopying, and scanning

• Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

• Utilize office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc. proficiently

• Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation

• Prioritize tasks effectively with excellent organizational skills

• Display strong written and verbal communication skills

• Show proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word

• Offer customer service and perform receptionist duties as required

• Use ADP - Financial Services and About Time software proficiently

• Create charts and graphs and handle correspondence as part of daily tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with About Time software

• Ability to create charts and graphs for data visualization

• Strong written communication skills for correspondence

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Experience with filing and scanning documents

• Proven experience in administrative assistance

• Familiarity with receptionist duties

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
