General Description:The Audit Project and Development Manager plays a crucial role in managing the operations of auditor groups within a fast-track development program. It oversees the execution of their functions, assesses performance, and manages the assignment of workloads to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. A Manager should commit to industry specialization(s) to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the client’s business, thereby adding greater value to the client. Qualifications and requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.Over five years of progressive audit experience in public accounting or an equivalent role.Experience in a small to medium-sized public accounting firm or a Big Four firm.Excellent analytical and technical skills.Extensive experience in engagement management, with a strong emphasis on excellence in staff management.Strong leadership abilities, with expertise in training, coaching, presenting, and mentoring. Possesses excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish, along with exceptional interpersonal skills.
