NOW HIRING LANDSCAPERS FOR A ROLE IN SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO!
Location - San Juan Capistrano, CA
Shift - 1st Shift (7:00AM - 3:30PM)
Pay Rate - $18-19/HR depending on experience
Job Description -
Candidates will work with biologists and the resources team on a landfill in San Juan Capistrano. Job duties include:
Chopping weeds while maintaining California vegetation
Working in one of three groups (hand weeders, backpack sprayers)
Hand weeders use hand tools and will be bent down chopping weeds
Sprayers carry pesticides in backpacks and follow behind the weeders spraying the weeds to ensure they don't regrow
Vigorous, full-time outdoor work
Due to rains, parking and hiking into the site may be necessary
Hard Skills -
Weed chopping
Pesticide spraying
Use of hand tools
