Senior Manager Business Development

Job Description

Responsibilities will include promotion of available products, defining GTM plan to grow revenue for regional, verticals, channel, and ecosystem partners. Role requires strategic and tactical competence to define go to market plan to address emerging segments and applications for Industrial, AI/ML, motor control. As a lead for the funnel creation team, you will become a key contributor to bridge Sales force and business units. As a part of global business development team, you will collaborate with other regionals teams to share and localize customer activities, including ecosystem partners management and solution creations with distribution marketing team.

What your day looks like:

  • Manage, monitor and nurture MCU/MPU opportunities working with product team.

  • Engage regional sales account manager on target accounts, opportunity creation and CRM support.

  • Introduce new product introductions to customers/sales & pursue early engagement.

  • Work with distribution partners to engage mass market customers, either directly at the branch level or through creative self-service methods to enable scale.

-Develop plans and go-to-market strategies to increase mindshare with sales and customers that generate business and uncover new segments and target markets Renesas should pursue.

  • Train and develop field teams continuously on new products for awareness and competitive advantages

  • Continuously provide customer feedback to internal teams developing new products to influence future new product development plans.

  • Act as the voice of Renesas embedded processing devices at trade shows, events, webcasts and other content to be distributed through internal and external mediums.

  • Continuously manage and support knowledge expansion for your team.

Qualifications

  • 8 to 12 years of experience

  • BS,MBA ,MSEE- Electrical Engineering

  • Strong project management, communication skills and a strategic thinker.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $175K - $219K. This position is also eligible for STI bonus opportunities and commission pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
