Conduct merger and acquisition (M&A) financial due diligence and financial analysis. Build and maintain complex financial and valuation models. Support the M&A deal process across all functions of Micron’s business and work with external bankers. Prepare and deliver M&A financial analysis presentations to internal partners and executive team. Prepare deal related board materials. Develop a strong understanding of: industry M&A trend globally, long-term macro and industry specific trends, Micron’s specific businesses, and its financial systems.
Employer will accept a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or a Financial Analyst - related occupation.
Must have passed USCPA (Certified Public Accountant) exam or CFA (Charted Financial Analyst) level 1 exam.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology, Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $160,638 - $226,000. For additional pay & benefits information, please refer to the requisition at Micron.com/careers.
