Job Summary: Air Systems Inc. is looking for a Sales Project Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP and is responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing business opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Identify and qualify business opportunities
Develop and maintain sales contacts
Follow up on sales/project leads
Establish long-term, on-going relationships with clients
Meeting established revenue and profit goals
Prepare client proposals and estimates
Respond to RFQ’s
Lead Project Management Team for projects sold
Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Engineering degree BSME Preferred
5+ Years Project Management Experience within Construction
5+ Years Professional Sales Experience within HVAC-MEP
5+ Years Design/Build Construction Experience
Strong presentation, oral and written communication, organization and time management skills
Self motivated and results oriented
Proficient on MS Office Suite
Attention to Detail
Be able to multi-task
Ability to problem solve
Team Player
Flexible
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
