Adecco US, Inc. Quality Control Technicians in San Jose, California
Adecco is looking for experienced QC inspectors and test technicians in San Jose for a PCBA contract manufacturer. We have 8am and 3:15pm shifts available (afternoon shifts have a 10% shift differential!) Have the skills and interested? Apply today!
QC Inspector $23/hr (+ 10% shift differential for swing)
Product Inspection: Conduct visual inspections and functional tests on finished products to verify conformance to quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
Documentation: Document inspection results, test data, and any deviations from quality standards using quality control forms, spreadsheets, or digital systems.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all inspection processes and procedures comply with company quality standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
Problem Identification: Identify and report any non-conformities, defects, or issues found during inspections. Work with production or engineering teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
Communication: Communicate inspection results and quality issues effectively to supervisors, production teams, and other relevant departments.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements, training needs, or procedural changes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Test Technician $26/hr (+ 10% shift differential for swing)
Test Execution: Perform functional tests, electrical tests, or mechanical tests on products using specialized test equipment and tools.
Setup and Calibration: Set up test equipment, calibrate instruments, and ensure all testing procedures comply with technical specifications and standards.
Data Collection and Analysis: Record test data, interpret results, and document any deviations or anomalies observed during testing.
Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues or defects in products during testing, working closely with engineering or quality assurance teams to resolve problems.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all tests are conducted accurately and products meet quality requirements before release. Follow quality control procedures and guidelines.
Maintenance and Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and functionality of test equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks and keep records of equipment maintenance.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.60 per hour
