Randstad Digital is looking for an outstanding Project Manager for a 1 year contract. The ideal candidate will have strong PM skills and be experienced with workfront. They will work closely with a variety of people across the teams and outside Agency, including Studio, UX, developers, and marketing experts.

responsibilities:

strong cross-functional PM with a hands-on approach, with excellent decision making and prioritizing ability.

• Maintain and enforce the project scope, timeline, and SLAs.

• Work closely with a variety of people across the Micron teams and outside Agency, including Studio, UX, developers, and marketing experts.

• Handles deployment scheduling in coordination with business stakeholders

• Provides the daily stand-ups, providing they are brief, timely, and focused

• Indexes and executes the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments

• Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and assignments

• Familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, Kanban & Agile Scrum experience

• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

• Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant Project Management experience

• strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

• Knowledge of common web Sitecore and AEM CMS tools is a plus

• Proficiency with Google Analytics
