Lead information technology (IT) solutions in the areas of procurement to support Micron’s end-to-end processes and solutions. Build and lead global IT teams to deliver the Procurement multi-year roadmap and solutions. Define optimal organizational structure and operating model for the global IT organization. Lead architecture of a global team across various technologies (Ariba, SAP, etc) regarding development, configuration, and support. Define, execute, and lead the IT solution strategy supporting the Procure-to-Pay, Source- to-Pay, and product compliance areas, both from a technology and a business standard methodology standpoint. Act as a change agent, seeking opportunities to challenge the status quo to meet business objectives. Partner with PMO organization to ensure area portfolio delivery in terms of priority, schedule, cost, scope, and quality, while providing transparency to the business organization. Lead teams in iterative product development using lean principles and a quality-first approach to development. Bring a strong technical foundation, engage the team on architecture, design and deep dive on complex IT solutions, platforms, and interface design. Lead multiple solution leaders with active strategic programs. May telecommute from home part-time.

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 8 years of experience in job offered or in an IT Procurement Management - related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience, employer will accept 10 years of experience in job offered or in an IT Procurement Management - related occupation. Position Requires:

  1. 8 years of experience in/with Procurement business process and foundational concept knowledge.

  2. 8 years of experience in/with Experience leading a team with full scope of implementation and Operations across a global enterprise.

  3. 5 years of experience in/with evolving the efficiency of the DevOps and Test Automation models.

  4. 8 years of experience in/with Experience in two (2) or more SAP solutions - SAP Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, Project System.

  5. 8 years of experience in/with SAP – Ariba.

  6. 8 years of experience in/with SAP – ECC.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology, Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $229,258.00 - $338,000 per Year. For additional pay & benefits information, please refer to the requisition at Micron.com/careers.
