Description
Robert Half OfficeTeam is actively seeking a well-organized and motivated Front Desk Coordinator who is looking to grow their career. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you are the first point of contact, and ultimately the face of the company. We are looking for a positive self-starter who is eager to thrive in a dynamic environment, deeply passionate about providing high quality customer service, administrative support, and enjoys helping others. The ideal Front Desk Coordinator is friendly, flexible, and loves taking initiative.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Answering and routing phone calls in accordance with office policies
Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, and customers
Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
Verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information
Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
Excellent social skills and ability to collaborate effectively required
Previous experience within insurance verification and authorization required
Experience with Microsoft office required
