Job Summary
Overview: As the Executive Chef at our Adobe location in San Jose, CA, you will spearhead culinary operations at 345 Park Ave. This role encompasses team leadership, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and the management of the kitchen's financial and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee cost management and track expenditures for the dining account.
Develop and implement diverse menus that cater to our clientele.
Manage inventory and oversee the procurement process to ensure efficiency.
Launch and coordinate new culinary initiatives in partnership with the marketing and culinary teams.
Qualifications:
Culinary degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in culinary management.
Extensive background in high-volume production and catering.
Demonstrated ability to manage cost controls effectively.
Highly motivated individual with aspirations to advance within a leading foodservice company.
