Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Chef De Cuisine to lead the culinary operations at Samsung’s state-of-the-art facility. Enjoy perks like free parking, electric car charging, and access to an on-site gym while creating exceptional dining experiences for Samsung employees.

Location: 3655 N. First Street, San Jose, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

• Develop and execute seasonal menus, incorporating local, sustainable ingredients.

• Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

• Control inventory, food costs, and labor costs to meet financial goals.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar role, with strong leadership and management skills.

• Expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.

• Passion for innovative, high-quality food with a focus on sustainability.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
