Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, Business Excellence, Central America

Job Overview:

Business partner for Central America Cluster supporting the execution of key strategic initiatives through data analysis and insights. Core to the role is designing and producing timely and relevant KPI reporting, provide valuable insights to management, drive corporate strategic pillars, and ensure proper use of Salesforce capabilities.

Major Accountabilities:

• Support the business development team in delivering value to customers

• Design and produce performance management reporting to support key stakeholders

• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate existing reports, dashboards, and processes.

• Leverage internal data to support stakeholders with key insights to drive key commercial decisions.

• Manage strategic and financial account planning, supporting account managers and stakeholders throughout the process.

• Manage KPI and objective setting process for each market and track throughout the year.

• Drive market sizing and market share initiatives as well as leveraging external sources to gather competitive intelligence data.

• Manage ad-hoc reporting and data requests from stakeholders.

• Prepare executive presentations and analysis as needed.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar

Knowledge / Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, analytics, or strategy roles.

Skills/ Abilities:

• Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft suite and analytics tools (PowerBi, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx)

• Vast experience in management reporting and analytics

• Strong presentation and story-telling skills

• Strong financial acumen

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across an organization

• Self-driven with desire to continuously learn and grow within the organization
