Amazon Order & Partner Operations Manager, ProServe Strategy and Operations - Global Operations Center, Contract Conversion & Integration (CCI) in San Francisco De Heredia, Costa Rica
Description
The Contract Conversion & Integration (CCI) team is responsible for operationalizing customer and partner contracts within our ProServe CRM applications. They manage the project, budget, and assignment setup processes, and provide onboarding support to partner subcontractors working on customer engagements.
As process and system experts, the CCI team collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders. They assist with engagement setup, generate ad hoc reports, review contracts, and identify opportunities for automation enhancements.
The CCI team plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth transition from contract to implementation, leveraging their deep expertise to drive efficiency and support successful customer outcomes.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key job responsibilities
Project, Budget, and Assignment Setup:
Own the setup for projects, budgets, and resource assignments on customer engagements across North America, Latin America, Canada, and EMEA regions
Ensure the setup is consistent with the contract statement of work and adheres to established SLAs
Process Improvement and Automation:
Drive process improvements for manual tasks by collaborating with business partners
Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements
Documentation and Training:
Assist with creating business requirement documentation for automation initiatives
Coordinate, design, and deliver training materials and content for internal team members as well as external stakeholders
Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure systems are working as expected
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Attend meetings with engagement managers, sellers, contract specialists, and finance teams to review contracts and provide operational support
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve inquiries and issues
Financial Tasks:
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including accruals
Assist with MoM P&L variance inquiries
Partner Management:
Assist with onboarding new partners and reviewing partner invoices
Manage partner inquiries received through shared inboxes
Support the implementation of new partner initiatives
Project Delivery:
- Deliver on assigned projects within scope, budget, and timeline

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, accounting/finance, information technology, or project management
3-5 years of experience in a similar contract management, project coordination, or business operations role
Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and financial/accounting software
Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software
Experience with CRM systems, ideally prior experience with SalesForce
Familiarity with business process documentation and automation tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to identify process improvements
Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in setup and reporting
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple concurrent tasks and projects
Training and presentation skills to develop and deliver effective training materials
Preferred Qualifications
Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
