Proofpoint Training Operations Part-Time Intern in San Francisco, California

The Role:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Training Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations for our global Training team. We are a close-knit team of content developers, trainers, and program managers who share a passion for educating others.

As the Training Operations Intern, you will be regularly interfacing with our customers, partners, sales, and support teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to become proficient in customer communications, project management, global operations, and coordination of complex delivery of virtual and classroom training. You’ll work closely with the Operations manager, handling the day-to-day tasks that are crucial to our training program’s success.


  • Great written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

  • Strong desire to develop new skills, collaborate, work as a team, and contribute ideas for ongoing improvement.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Basic Web skills, ability to make updates to web pages and wikis.

  • Bonus – interest in or familiarity with the network security industry and its relevant players and products

Candidate Profile:

You have the ability and interest in working part time (a maximum of 30 hours/week). You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and are successfully maintaining an above average GPA. This internship is scheduled to start immediately and run through August 2024.
