As a Product Manager you will be responsible for defining a product roadmap that enables a seamless customer experience for our service providers and fleet managers. You will work directly with Engineering, Design, CS, Ops and leadership to align priorities, build the right product and execute. You will own the full developmental lifecycle from discovery to delivery and be responsible for constant improvement and iteration. You will also own the vision and strategy for your area, ensuring alignment of strategic priorities across our products.

We're looking for someone who has experience working in a dynamic product environment with changing priorities and focus. You enjoy working side by side with customers to build great products and are a natural leader bringing all aspects of the business together to rally around your priorities. You are able to clearly articulate strategy and tradeoffs and focus your priorities around company OKRs and KPIs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle development.

  • Kicking off projects and doing research with customers.

  • Working with architects and engineering to develop requirements and understand timelines and technical tradeoffs.

  • Facilitating tradeoff discussions amongst the wider business to align behind your project.

  • Writing and briefing PRDs for sprints and working closely with engineering to prioritize teamwork.

  • Defining KPIs and metrics to measure the successes and failures of your product before release.

  • Facilitating and organizing feedback sessions with customers at our service centers and across the Goodyear ecosystem.

  • We expect you to be the expert voice behind what we are building and to ensure that we are building the right thing to solve the problems at hand.

  • You oversee making sure that your stakeholders are aligned every step of the way.

  • Define, identify, collect, and track product metrics to understand how your product is performing.

  • Work directly with data engineers to build reporting visualizations to better help our customer service team understand how to support our customers.

  • Monitor and measure the success of the feature/product.

  • Experience building mobile products and defining mobile strategies for iOS and Android.

  • Drive a culture of experimentation and rapid innovation by building experiments through A/B, backdoor and MVT testing to better understand how to release new features faster with greater impact for our customers.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or relevant field.

  • Master’s degree in design or relevant field desired.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Proven history in product design, experience in all the phases of the design process (from research, and concept generation, to final design handoff).

  • Experience in engineering, innovation or customer facing roles.

  • Decisiveness under ambiguous circumstances.

  • Experience in business analytics and in designing iterative experiments.

  • Delivering results in a team.

  • Demonstrated experience leading ideation and iterative design to articulate product strategies through the creation of new products.

Skills and Abilities

  • Passion for new technologies, solving problems and learning about how people interact with products.

  • Good storyteller can pitch a vision.

  • Strategic thinking about user experiences.

  • Ability to contribute in a cross functional team environment.

  • Communication skills - ability to clearly communicate progress of projects to stakeholders.

The pay range for this position is 06 - SFE06: 101380 - 144829 - 188278 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
