About the Role

The Senior Manager, Styling Operations position will lead a team of stylists in the execution of photography across the various brands in the Gap, Inc. portfolio; ensuring that the unique aesthetic of each brand is expressed visually to the customer. Through direct partnership with brand styling leads, this highly skilled and experienced leader will ensure that each brands' aesthetic is consistently maintained throughout the photographic production process. This will be achieved by leading a team of both full-time and contract staff through teaching, coaching, and providing meaningful feedback to build on capabilities; functioning as the conduit between the brands and the production team to support our customers digital journey.

What You'll Do

  • Manage team of stylists, supporting the day to day operations of a photo production team

  • Creating and maintaining an effective On-Boarding program for On-Figure & Product Laydown Stylists

  • Accountable for team performance through teaching, coaching, and providing meaningful feedback to build capabilities

  • Influence strategy for area/team; guide the implementation of new processes and best practices within a continuous improvement production environment

  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with studio operational and brand creative partners; aligning with operational strategy as defined by Senior Studio Leadership

  • Uphold the company and brand culture and create an inclusive environment where partners feel valued, appreciated, and a sense of belonging

  • Consider the customer experience throughout the production process, and support consistent delivery of brand partners intended customer experience

Who You Are

  • Proven track record and experience in product and marketing photography styling techniques and trends

  • Expert styling skills with experience with the nuances necessary to support multiple brands; leading a creative team within a high-volume production environment

  • Proven track record and experience in translating creative strategy to tactical execution across a team

  • Proven track record and experience leveraging decision making skills necessary to deliver multiple projects with competing deadlines

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

Salary Range: $140,700 - $186,400 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
