You will interpret data and analyze results using code and statistical techniques. Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Analyze data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases. Coordinate with all stakeholders to review data discrepancies / issues, if any. Provide quality assurance of imported data. Work with quality assurance analyst if necessary. Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets. Process confidential data and information according to guidelines. Help develop reports and analysis. Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata. Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements. Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization. Assess tests and implement new or upgraded software. Assist with strategic decisions on new systems. Generate reports from single or multiple systems. Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports. Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems. Train end users on new reports and dashboards. Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in technical data analysis, data science, or data warehousing, with proven business analysis experience
• Strong understanding of Entity-Relationship models and object-relational database system
• Hands on experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Python
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Power BI and SQL Developer, Visual Studio, Qlik
• Understanding of Entity-Relationship models, explore large datasets and prepare data.
• Should be able to write Complex SQL Queries
• Understanding different data formats such as structured, unstructured and semi-structured
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
• The ability to plan work and meet deadlines

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

• Qualifications: 6-9 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
