Job Title: Sanitation Worker
Job Description
As a Sanitation Worker, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing floors, production equipment, and machinery using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies. You will also remove waste and dispose of it in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations. Maintaining cleaning supplies, following all safety protocols, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) are essential parts of this role.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
Clean and disinfect production equipment and machinery.
Remove waste and dispose of it in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
Maintain cleaning supplies and request additional supplies as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Assist with other cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
Work Environment
You will be working in a production environment with 20 to 30 people on a line packing and packaging. The work hours are from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. You will be required to wear appropriate PPE and adhere to safety protocols.
