Project Manager (San Francisco, CA)
Advise on the procurement, development, and financing of infrastructure projects;
Undertake technical due diligence on behalf of investors and lenders including commercial and technical review of contract documents and identifying key risks to our clients;
Support the team in the development and assessment of business cases for new projects, working with developers, investors, debt providers, project sponsors, and government agencies;
Interface with clients in activities such as client meetings, presentations, and workshops;
Request and review relevant project data, studies, plans, and contextual issues;
Conduct technical, contractual, planning, economic and financial analysis;
Interact with engineers and consultants, as well as subconsultants, to deliver inputs into due diligence reports, operational performance improvement analyses, or other infrastructure advisory assignments;
Prepare analyses, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and write reports;
Prepare and deliver presentations to satisfy client needs and goals;
Identify and respond to requests for proposals and supporting the development of winning proposals for the team;
Work with project management, construction management, risk management, and project finance for infrastructure projects; civil construction; and, public-private partnerships and design-build contracts.
Requires Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience.
Salary Range: $120,245.00 - $161,000.00/yr.
