Google Program Manager, Data Center Real Estate Market Researcher in San Francisco, California
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in market research, data analysis, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in real estate investment, real estate consulting, or related research roles.
Experience working on a team involved in real estate investment or consulting, Real Estate Investment Trusts, financial analysis, or real estate investment analysis with asset or market analysis.
Experience gathering market data to prepare real estate market analyses, business analytics or insights, and contributing to material that can be used in executive presentations, cross-functional program development, and more.
Ability to perform quantitative analysis that connects business objectives to site acquisition activities.
As a Program Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary projects while working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners across the company. Researchers gather, analyze, and interpret real estate market data from a number of sources to enable Google to make informed real estate investment and acquisition decisions for future data center development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Gather and analyze market intelligence from a range of sources of market trends (e.g., land values, data center rents, and yields, development costs) that can help inform business decisions.
Contribute to market reports that provide market intelligence to the broader business, as well as respond to market analysis needs of the team.
Drive research requests, understand stakeholder requests, and align experts to share knowledge to a cross-functional team of peers.
Assist with development and expansion of the data center market research program, and provide feedback on how the program can serve the dynamic needs of the business.
Stay informed on current industry and market trends including attending industry conferences.
