About the Role

As a Product Operations Lead at Stitch Fix, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent execution and alignment across the varied disciplines and focus areas described above to drive outsized impact for Stitch Fix. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management in managing the product operations, scalable processes, tools, cross-functional dependencies, and business impact across the organization.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Drive OKR and Product Roadmap: Lead the development and management of OKRs and its operating cadence to align product goals with company objectives. Keep the product roadmap up-to-date, reflecting priorities and timelines.

  • Drive End-to-End Execution: Enable a portfolio of product launches from translating user insights into actionable opportunities across product teams to ensuring smooth launches, to strengthening post-launch processes and feedback loop

  • Manage Tools and Communication Forums: Oversee the tools and platforms used by the product team to ensure effective execution, collaboration. and information flow.

  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Organize and lead discussions across teams and executive leadership to drive progress, enterprise visibility, and ability to make informed tradeoff decisions. Ensure dependencies are well established and enable partners with relevant and timely information and resources

  • Track Impact: Monitor and report on the impact of product initiatives across the department

  • Develop Business Processes at Scale: Streamline product development processes to enhance efficiency. Create and maintain product documentation standards and guides. Build and manage an internal knowledge base to support team visibility, collaboration, and learning & development. Spot opportunities to unlock engineering and product development velocity. Find ways to automate or simplify.

  • Partner with Tech Leadership Team: Identify team, organizational, and continuous education opportunities. Support onsite planning.

Drive special projects to identify and execute new opportunities and technologies

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a related field with 5-8 years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy operations, program management, strategy consulting, or a similar role.

  • You have demonstrated experience navigating complex business problems with the ability to identify and connect cross-functional dependencies in order to drive execution that leads to tremendous customer and financial impact.

  • You have a proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio of projects with multi-disciplinary teams (e.g. 50+ workstreams across 10+ teams), whose success was enabled because of your unique ability to organize key data to successfully meet company wide timelines.

  • You are a strong communicator, with extensive experience influencing and distilling complex problems for different audiences, no matter the discipline or level.

  • You have experience mastering product management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira) and methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Agile).

  • You thrive working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You are not just comfortable with change, but you excel at creating structure amidst ambiguous situations without a playbook.

  • You are a self-motivated and proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership.

    Compensation and Benefits

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.

Salary Range

$173,000 — $185,500 USD
