The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Partner Marketing Manager for Go-To-Market with demonstrated sales enablement, content development, or product marketing skills to execute on and grow the Marketing Partner Program. This new role provides an exciting opportunity to scale a community of 1000+ agencies, partners, and developers.

In this role, you will partner with Sales, Business Development, Product and Marketing to recommend and execute launch and sales enablement plans for new LinkedIn Marketing Partner Program members. You will be responsible for identifying and building scalable plans, processes, content, and training to ensure customer and partner success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the partner GTM onboarding experience and launch plan template which includes training, guidance, and execution of specific LinkedIn-led marketing activities.

  • Create and curate partner content on the partner directory including product guides and tutorials, videos, case studies, white papers and presentations,

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new partners looking to GTM with LinkedIn and ongoing training for existing partner teams.

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to gather insights and ensure alignment on messaging, product updates, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Establish a feedback loop with marketing and sales teams to continually refine and improve enablement resources based on their needs and experiences with partners.

  • Keep the sales team informed about partnership and enablement resources through regular communications and meetings.

  • Use analytics to track the effectiveness of GTM & enablement programs and tools, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

  • Be an effective agent of change by developing a change management framework on what we communicate, how we train teams, and support talent changes.

  • Serve as a steward for LinkedIn’s brand and ethos of creating value and opportunity for both members and marketers when working with creative agencies and external partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5 + years experience in marketing working closely with sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and training teams through collaboration and teamwork.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, business priorities, and team needs.

  • Strong leadership skills to influence and motivate sales teams, even without direct authority.

  • A customer-centric mindset to understand and address the needs of sales teams and end customers.

  • Strong understanding of the advertising landscape, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $93,000 to 145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
