Required Skills:

Marketing Infrastructure Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and analyze data to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.

  2. Work closely with the Global Business Marketing team.

  3. Work directly with marketing teams to leverage econometrics and analytical models to drive the adoption of marketing tools and technologies and develop product requirements and prioritization for development teams to build marketing systems.

  4. Deliver insights solutions leveraging knowledge of internal data systems and third party martech tools.

  5. Scorecard and business plan tracking based on performance of marketing technology implementations.

  6. Utilize social media, online advertising, technology, analytics, and driving measurable results to improve marketing campaigns by providing product and engineering teams with business cases, requirements, and analytical insights.

  7. Use data visualization tools to translate marketers’ feedback and marketing tools needs into process or product solutions.

  8. Understand and identify infrastructure needs of the marketing team.

  9. Help gather market research and leverage findings to launch, optimize, and scale global marketing campaigns through online channels such as Email, Ads, and Onsite upsell to reach global businesses.

  10. Position includes 15% domestic and international travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or in a marketing-related occupation.

  2. Position requires 12 months of experience in the following:

    1. Communicating and working with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to provide business cases and requirements
    1. Launching or driving adoption of products, with understanding of customer needs
    1. Digital marketing channels (Email, Ads, Display, or Onsite Merchandising)
    1. Enterprise-scale sales or marketing automation platform (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Marketo, or Twilio Segment)
    1. Business marketing
    1. Quantitative analytics
    1. Technical presentation skills

Public Compensation:

$190,970/year to $203,500/year + bonus + equity + benefits
