WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Manage regional Runners scheduling and rental vehicles

• Have an understanding of deal structure and the settlement process

• Assist and support production department personnel with job functions as needed

• Maintain regular communications with Production Manager’s and O&O GM’s

• Facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization

• Help to manage stage, sound, and lighting crews when needed

• Support the Production Manager in advancing technical and hospitality details for shows/events

• Attends meetings as outlined by the Production Manager

• Maintain a detailed and thorough filing system of all “past show” files on the shared drive and vendor records

• WORKDAY/ABI Management for Production Labor

• Based in the San Francisco office with the ability and flexibility to work at venues throughout the Bay Area

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• · Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, and holidays)

• · 2+ years’ experience in a live environment operation

• · High School Diploma

• · Experience in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.), Google Docs/Sheets

• Preferred:

• · Bachelor’s degree

• · ABI/TMSS experience

• · Workday experience

• · Experience in Prioritizing, Time Management & Multitasking

• · Cash/PEX handling experience

• Physical Demands/Working Environment:

• · Working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful

• · Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs

• · Moderate to loud level or noise in work environment

The expected compensation for this position is:

$68,000.00 USD - $85,000.00 USD

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
