Wells Fargo Lead Digital Product Manager - Experience Development & Optimization team in SAN FRANCISCO, California

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager within the Marketing & Sales Platform team, which is part of Consumer Lending. This team is responsible for the ideation, implementation, support and success of all marketing platforms that enable the end-to-end process for Consumer Marketing.

You will be part of a product team for Marketing Experience Development & Optimization (ExDO) which will encompass a suite of technology platform capabilities that help marketers test and personalize digital experiences. Your product management experience should include leading or supporting a team that are or have implemented the use of Adobe Target or a broader Adobe product suite for Marketing purposes. You will have expert knowledge of how these systems work both from a functionality and technical perspective and be able to engage across product, business, technology and analytics cross-functional teams.

You will also have deep knowledge of leveraging an agile methodology to drive out platform capabilities and will document epics/features, alongside lead scrum teams, agile ceremonies, PI planning, and backlogs. This role requires both product expertise and effective execution skills, with financial services experience highly desired.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the development, deployment and expansion of the marketing experience optimization products, understanding key requirements and outcomes desired.

  • Develop epics/features/acceptance criteria and sequence appropriately, leading scrum teams to deliver key results to prove benefit.

  • Develop and support the overall marketing experience optimization product vision and partner with stakeholders to establish a robust strategy that will drive the most benefit from our investments.

  • Implement and manage an appropriate product operations model that will ensure robust deployment, monitoring and support for end users.

  • Drive out a risk management framework for the platform to assess risks, implement controls and monitor their effectiveness.

  • Understand the marketing experience optimization external landscape and share outside-in viewpoints and innovation opportunities.

  • Support cross-functional teams to strategize and deliver on the right product capabilities, levering strong partnership and influencing skills alongside a test and learn mindset.

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Target or a broader Adobe product suite for marketing purposes, or an ability to quickly gain this experience from a functional and technical perspective

  • Expert knowledge of how these systems work and ability to engage across product, business, technical and analytics cross-functional teams

  • Experience leveraging agile methodology to drive out results and leading scrum teams, agile ceremonies, PI planning, and backlogs

  • Financial services experience is highly desired, or equivalent digital consumer experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.

  • This role offers a hybrid work schedule.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
