Job Description
The client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join their dynamic and innovative team. They are looking for an individual who is passionate about Salesforce and has a great track record of success in helping to drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce and its potential to enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience.
Additionally, this role will work closely with product owners, software developers, and business stakeholders to help drive business objectives, troubleshoot and solve complex problems.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of relevant work experience at a high-growth, technology organization, preferably cloud-based (SaaS) product delivery
5+ years of experience as a business analyst providing technical support for Salesforce CRM
Comprehensive Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Sales and Service Cloud
Agile environment Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst null
