Description We are offering an opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in San Francisco, California, USA. This role is in the telecom industry and involves problem-solving, decision making, organizing, planning, communication, and demonstrating technical expertise. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and anticipate potential consequences when making recommendations or decisions, escalating issues to the appropriate authority as necessary.

• Efficiently prevent potential problems from happening by consistently anticipating them before they become obvious to others.

• Meet or exceed deadlines based on known, shared priorities and adapt to changing priorities as the situation demands.

• Proactively share important information in a timely manner, ensuring easy accessibility and openness.

• Strive to achieve outcomes and reach goals with an appropriate pace and sense of urgency.

• Demonstrate needed technical mastery to contribute value and continuously seek to upgrade technical skills and knowledge.

• Adapt to new technology quickly and effectively, modeling the use of technology for others.

• Support organization policies that improve technology across teams.

• Share expertise with others.

• Utilize skills in Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, and Desktop Hardware. Requirements • Must have proficiency in Citrix Technologies

• Experience with Database management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is required

• Familiarity with Lotus Notes is essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft software and applications

• Experience with Active Directory is required

• Must have a deep understanding of Computer Hardware

• Capable of Configuration Management

• Experience in Deskside Support is necessary

• Familiarity with Desktop Hardware is required
