Job Description
The Go to Market Sales Support Manager is responsible for development and execution of strategies, initiatives and user adoption within Branch and Small Business Banking. This role will help define and support go to market strategies in collaboration with partners across all business lines (Deposits, Lending, Wealth, Card, Payments) and leads branch and small business channel execution to drive efficient and effective revenue and market share growth. They will collaborate to ensure strategic coordination across enabling functions, including Marketing, Product, Sales, UX/CX, HR, and Risk to ensure consistent adoption in order to serve both the needs of the clients and employees.
This role directly and through professional staff, oversees and assists with the strategic management of divisional sales goals and objectives for a specific defined geographical area. Promotes corporate marketing programs in order to achieve full participation and success within all designated locations. Develops division or market level programs which compliment corporate programs to meet unique market needs, yet adhere to corporate strategies and standards. Coordinates processes between centralized support areas, marketing and product groups to implement market level plans. Monitors sales results and is involved in the training of sales management and sales force to help ensure that sales and service goals are met.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborating across all business lines (Deposits, Lending, Wealth, Card, Payments) and enabling functions to ensure alignment of strategy, priorities and execution.
Partnering with product and marketing to build initiatives and strategies that help to grow new customers, increasing depth with existing customers and retain all customers.
Presenting findings, recommendations and proposals to senior leadership.
Remaining aware of segment trends and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics and adjusting strategy as needed to meet growth objectives.
Partnering with the user experience and customer experience teams to create a seamless employee and customer experience.
Building and maintaining strong partnerships to accelerate growth; developing and implement marketing strategies.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong understanding of all the products, processes, resources and sales tools that are required of the branch network
Thorough knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations and U.S. Bancorp’s products and services
Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing concepts and the bank’s sales and marketing programs
Exceptional partner relationship experience
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Proven ability to influence and persuade others
Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00
