Description
Robert Half is hiring for a File Clerk in San Francisco.
Job Description:
Collect and organize various company documents, including invoices, receipts, and forms.
Develop and maintain an effective filing system.
Digitize hard copies by scanning and converting them into digital format.
Manage databases to track and retrieve files efficiently.
Label and update files accurately.
Troubleshoot office equipment related to document management.
Assist with supply inventory management.
Handle phone calls and emails related to document organization.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a file clerk is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with different filing systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Dependability and respect for confidentiality.
