Reporting to the Sr Director of Enterprise Engagement Platforms, the successful candidate will help our management team to build a healthy organization and design/optimize operational models and cross-organizational processes that enable the organization to achieve its objectives. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and organizational skills. S/he will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to clear goals and measurable outcomes, and an ability to learn quickly and work well in teams.
Plan and lead the annual strategic planning process & quarterly business reviews. Lead the organization in participation of Autodesk’s annual strategic development process & quarterly business reviews. This includes development of timelines and process for the organization, supporting teams to completion of associated deliverables, and working collaboratively with the team to prepare CIO staff level presentations
Plan and facilitate meetings/workshops with the rest of the organization (sales, marketing, support, people and places). This can include formulating the topics to cover, building and advising agendas, guiding the discussion, bringing together notes and action items, and following up as appropriate
Designing and guiding outcome oriented strategic and tactical team meetings. This could include team building sessions, organizational reviews, strategy discussions, and other topics for team meetings. Ability to frame problems and find structures/models that help people better understand the problem and trade-offs required
Lead special projects and programs. This includes key strategic initiatives that impact the overall success of the company as well as team culture initiatives to help support a healthy organization. Some projects will span beyond the scope of the group, requiring cross-company collaboration
Track and communicate organization OKRs and Big Rocks. Work in partnership with management team to formulate and track yearly OKRs and Big Rocks for leadership quarterly reviews
Manage communications. These can be internal team communications as well as communications out to the wider Autodesk organization
Support development of presentation content. This can include presentations for executive meetings, organizational reviews and other high value events
Champion a spirit of collaboration and open communications. Work across teams to advance organizational goals and engender trust, including work with Program managers and Chief’s of Staff across the company, sharing and developing best practices
5 + years of demonstrated success leading projects and / or programs across teams or organizations
Critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
Versatile self-starter with a team-oriented work style. Ability to build credibility and relationships quickly across functions and levels
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely, clearly and effectively across multiple levels including executive leadership team, peers, managers and junior staff
Team organizer, builder, and motivator with exceptional influencing skills who can exercise judgment related to prioritization and risk management
Understanding of SDLC, Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
Expert in creating visually appealing presentations, videos and other engaging content
