Description
Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with a focus on healthcare programs/EHR data for a long-term contract. This role will be 100% remote, candidate must be based California.
The BI Analyst will provide in-depth business analysis and develop sustainable analytic solutions. The BI Analyst supports business decisions and operational processes and develops partnerships with business data users.
Responsibilities:
Data Improvement and Data Quality Initiatives
· Foundational data projects to increase availability of organizational and program data for reporting
Partnership with the Business
· Collaborate with and support clients program teams to improve accessibility to data and increase knowledge of their program data
Analytics and Dashboards
· Tailoring solutions to program or department
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Informatics, Analytics, or another related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare data, reporting and analytics or relevant field
• Must have experience with EHR - Electronic Health Record data experience
• 3+ years developing Dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
• SQL Management Studio and intermediate level SQL query experience
• Strong critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving competencies
• Technical skills: Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel, Tableau/Power BI and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues in an effective manner
• Familiarity with data management concepts such as data lineage/lifecycle and data warehousing
