Job Title: Business Analyst

Start: ASAP

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6 month contract (Will likely extend)

• This position will support an email marketing program, one of the key drivers stores sales, including: email marketing content planning; creative development and production; database growth; and consumer and marketing analytics. This role involves working closely with cross-functional team members as well as external vendors. This position reports to the Assistant Manager, Email Marketing.


o Execution of personalized marketing efforts to drive traffic, sales, and consumer retention

o Assist in day-to-day execution of global email marketing campaigns, including creative briefing, feedback process, segmentation, production, asset delivery, QA and deployment

o Collaborate with key stakeholders from marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure coordinated consumer experience and drive email performance

o Partner with vendors to ensure timely and accurate campaign deployment

o React to changing business needs by modifying plans and adjusting deliverables efficiently

o Content and strategy planning

o Support development of email campaign calendar to support multichannel (eCommerce, outlet, and retail) business goals

o Monitor competitive landscape to identify industry trends and best practices

o Email reporting and analysis

o Utilize reporting tools to create reports and interpret data

o Analyze email performance vs. goals and share insights and recommendations

o Modify and share go-forward strategies based on learnings and email best practices


o Education: BS/BA in a relevant field

o Approach: curious and enthusiastic, with high attention to detail and strong follow through. Must be a self-starter, proactive, and flexible.

o Project management: highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks involving internal and external partners

o Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence all levels of management
