You'll combine your production contract acumen in the creative field and understanding of Meta's platform and products to contribute to an efficient marketing team that sets the bar for the entire industry.

Required Skills:

Business Affairs Manager Responsibilities:

  1. All matters for vendor management and finance needs for CX.

  2. Working with Sourcing and Commercial Legal to execute commercial contracts (PSA, SOW, DPA, NDA etc) needed for CX.

  3. Create a safe regulatory environment by ensuring our contracts and vendors we work with are in compliance with Meta’s data and privacy policies.

  4. Work with Procurement and Finance to ensure purchase requests and orders are opened in timely manner.

  5. Partner closely with teams to ensure all commercial contract needs and expectations are met.

  6. Learn and navigate internal tools, systems and trackers

  7. Evaluate processes and workflows to optimize collaboration and efficiency

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience in commercial contract negotiations (including but not limited to PSA/MSA/SOW), data protection agreements along with an understanding of data and privacy regulation and compliance matters.

  2. Fluency working with advertising agencies, media companies, publishers and production companies with a solid understanding of a range of content execution strategies.

  3. Operationally minded and ready to roll up your sleeves and dig into the complexities of any business and strategy challenge.

  4. 4+ years of operations, legal, procurement and/or sourcing experience.

  5. Understanding of legal concepts as related to contract negotiations for marketing and events.

  6. Understanding and experience with Data and Privacy regulations and compliance management (CCPA, EMEA/GDPR, etc.).

  7. Experience with purchasing, procurement, or finance.

  8. Relationship management skills to work collaboratively with suppliers, and internal business teams.

  9. Understanding of accounting/finance practices.

  10. Eligible to work in the US.

  1. Experience working with the advertising, marketing, event, or production teams partnering to ensure regulation and process requirements are implemented.

  2. Experience driving change and building stakeholder relationships.

  3. Experience with social networking, platform integrations, publishing platforms, broadcast & new media.

  4. Understanding of Union requirements, agreements and negotiations.

  5. 6+ years of operations, legal, procurement and/or sourcing experience.

  6. Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc.

  7. Experience pursuing emerging technologies.

Public Compensation:

$118,000/year to $172,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
