We are seeking a Pricing and Analysis Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing pricing strategies, conducting market analysis, and providing insights to optimize revenue and profitability for the organization. The role will involve leading a team of pricing analysts, developing pricing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic pricing decisions aligned with business objectives. You will leverage data-driven insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to develop pricing strategies that maximize value and enhance competitiveness in the marketplace.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement pricing strategies and tactics that align with business objectives, market dynamics, and customer value propositions.
Analyze pricing trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and revenue growth.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess pricing dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Monitor competitor pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities to inform pricing decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
Design and develop pricing models, tools, and frameworks to support pricing decisions, discount structures, and promotional pricing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in pricing methodologies and guidelines.
Analyze pricing performance metrics, including revenue, margin, and price elasticity, to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and initiatives.
Identify areas of improvement and recommend pricing adjustments, discounting strategies, and value-added services to drive revenue and profitability.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and support customer negotiations while balancing revenue goals and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with product management and finance teams to assess product profitability, pricing tiers, and bundling strategies to optimize product portfolio performance.
Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and capabilities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the pricing team and across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
4years experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or related roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and financial analysis techniques.
Proficiency in pricing methodologies, pricing software, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex pricing concepts and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive projects to completion.
Leadership experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Knowledge of pricing regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
