Responsibilities:
Be a beacon of hope and positivity for emotionally disturbed youth in our residential program.
Create meaningful connections and foster a sense of belonging and empowerment.
Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Make a tangible difference in the lives of our residents by providing compassionate care and support.
Requirements:
Bring your passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.
Previous experience working with youth or similar populations.
A heart full of empathy and a commitment to promoting growth and healing.
At least 21 years of age
Exciting Shift Options:
AM Shift: Rise and shine with us from 6:30am - 2:30pm (Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday).
PM Shift: Keep the positivity going from 2:00pm - 11:00pm (Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday).
Weekend Warriors Wanted: Weekend shifts available for those who are ready to make a difference every Saturday and Sunday!
