Scripps Health RN - GI Lab - Bonus Eligible - Anderson Medical Pavilion in San Diego, California
*This is a benefited, full time position working 4 days per week on 10-hr shifts with a rotating day off. Weekdays only generally from 7am-5:30pm. Located in La Jolla at the Anderson Medical Pavilion in the GI Lab. *
This position is eligible for New Hire Incentives up to $7k.

*What you'll do: *
- Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.
- Provides direct patient care to high acuity patients in a complex department within the scope of practice.
- Engages in complex clinical procedures and may provide clinical assessments to surgical patients in the hospital setting.
- Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.
- Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:
- Internal candidates
- Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
- Candidates with less than 1 year of experience as an RN
In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met :
- Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
- Must remain in original department/specialty
- Must remain in original Job Title o Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Required Qualifications:
Completion of accredited RN program
Minimum 1 year RN experience
Current CA RN License
BLS & ACLS through the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year procedural RN experience
Inpatient RN experience
GI Lab experience
ER, ICU, Procedural (IR, cath lab) PACU experience preferred
BSN
