BAE Systems Production Control Planner II in San Diego, California

Job Description

The Production Control Planner will support production readiness, work authorization, and materials and service planning activities for our San Diego Ship Repair business. In this role, you will support the controlling, coordinating, and prioritizing the flow of material in operations. This position will support the execution of strategies and initiatives to ensure product is coordinated, monitored, and completed for the availability according to schedule and demands.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Ship Repair, or related

  • Ability to support production planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and controlling

  • Ability to support process improvements and organizational change

  • Ability to maintain professional and effective relationships with internal/external customers and cross-functional teams

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills used when interfacing with company personnel, customers, and external supplies

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
