    Purpose of Job

    The Human Longevity Member Services Specialist is a client-facing position. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure an outstanding client experience with all services provided at the Human Longevity Center. As the Member Services Specialist, you will work with your colleagues to ensure efficient clinic operations, achieve at least 90% client satisfaction, and maintain a 70% or higher member renewal rate. Daily duties include supporting the scheduling of client appointments, coordinating client visits, ordering and delivering meals, maintaining close and positive client relationships and communications, and providing administrative support to the medical team.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    As a Key Member of the “Care Team” (70%):

  • Welcome clients at their visit, collect documents, order meals, and ensure clients are comfortable and relaxed.

  • Follow up after clients’ visits for feedback and questions related to the program (covered services, timeline, signing up for the app, etc.).

  • Distribute monthly Longevity Club health information.

  • Track bonus points for each client referral and distribute promotional materials to clients.

  • Conduct mid-year surveys.

  • Manage the membership renewal process.

  • Request membership date extensions or other program modifications.

    Other Responsibilities (30%):

  • Answer incoming calls.

  • Maintain all records and contracts.

  • Coordinate marketing events and support the sales process.

  • Collect client feedback to management for continuous service improvement.

  • Process all service payments.

  • Conduct site tours for visitors and business associates.

  • Maintain a classic and state-of-the-art impression of the front desk area at all times.

  • Uphold patient confidentiality and protect operations by following HIPAA practices.

  • Provide other administrative support to the team as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications (Must Have)

  • Experience in client-facing environments.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly.

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in confidential environments and operate with the utmost discretion.

  • Resourceful problem solver with careful attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize objectives throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work well with teams in an open environment.

  • Able to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare settings; or experience in luxury services industry or membership based business settings such as five-star hotels, restaraunts and golf clubs.

  • Experience with Allscripts and/or Outlook.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements.

    Working Conditions

  • Open clinical environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending and kneeling

  • Must be able to lift and transport at least 25 pounds
