Aerotek Facilities Maintenance Technician in San Diego, California

Description:

-Reports directly to Maintenance Supervisor, may take direction from production

management and/or Maintenance mechanic. -

  • Troubleshoots all process and facilities related equipment regarding electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems.

  • Assists with all monthly maintenance for all production and facilities equipment when requested.

  • Maintains all office and administrative maintenance requests in SAP and Outlook.

  • Performs 5S activities as required daily, weekly, and monthly.

  • Works in cooperation with other Managers, Engineers, and departmental supervisors on ensuring all equipment is maintained and operational.

  • Reports any safety problem immediately.

  • Willingness and open to learn new tasks.

  • Willing to work on a variety of machines or lines.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Hvac, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Painting, Drywall, Plumbing, Electrical, Preventive maintenance, Repair, Facilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of facility experience

Experience with drywall, plumbing, HVAC, etc.

Must be willing to work independently with limited supervision
