We are seeking an organized, resourceful, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the executive team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, enabling them to focus on strategic goals and decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and is passionate about being part of a forward-thinking technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage complex and dynamic calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.

  • Communication Management: Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and act as a gatekeeper for the executive team.

  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare materials, agendas, and minutes for meetings; track and ensure follow-through on action items.

  • Travel Logistics: Arrange national and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Project Management: Support executive-led projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and tracking progress.

  • Event Planning: Organize team events, executive off-sites, and other corporate functions as needed.

  • Data Handling: Maintain and manage confidential records, reports, and databases.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the technology or a fast-paced industry.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Slack, Asana, and Zoom is a plus.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs proactively.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
