Description

Our client is renowned for its exceptional customer service and commitment to providing quality products. They are seeking a dedicated, polite, and efficient Customer Service Representative who can provide accurate information and assist customers with inquiries or issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally via phone, email, or social media.

  • Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving solutions.

  • Update customer account information as necessary, and process orders, forms, and requests.

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Education and Experience: High School diploma required. A degree in communication, marketing, business, or related field is preferred. Interested candidates who have a knack for customer service and love helping others are encouraged to apply.
