Insight Global Business Process Analyst in San Diego, California

Job Description

An employer is looking for a Sr Business Analyst in the San Diego, CA area. This person will be advising and recommending areas of program planning, business requirements management, budget execution and program coordination. They will be preparing needs assessment. They will be validating resource requirements and develops cost estimate models as well as conducting and coordinating financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group. They will need to interpret, evaluate, and interrelates research data, and develops integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required, and presents findings of studies to client committees. Provides consultative, advisory, technical, and staff support, as appropriate. Ability to use survey and market research methodologies, systems, and technique

Skills and Requirements

Requirements:

4-6 years of Business Process Analyst or related experience

BA Degree

Adept writing and communication skills

Developed abilities in process improvement projects and small-scale project management

Experience with writing procedural documents and creating process flows in Visio

Note: This does not include writing requirements, developing system requirements or writing system directions.

Knowledge of M365/Office (Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)

Project planning, coordination and execution Healthcare and/or membership administration background

Advanced skills in process improvement projects including reporting and data mining

SharePoint/PowerApps null
