We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team of scientists, researchers, and executives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for biotechnology and a strong desire to contribute to cutting-edge research initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files

  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics

  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members

  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, ordering supplies as necessary

  • Support project teams by tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables

  • Assist with special projects and events, including conferences and symposiums

  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
